I had an excellent experience here, dealing with Matt Pawreez. His attention to detail, and attentiveness to what i was looking for was key in helping me find my zoom zoom. I had been to quite a few places previously, and was not treated with nearly as much respect, nor was i even offered to test drive a car that i wanted to potentially buy. want a zoom zoom? you know where to go!

EXCELLENT PLACE TO BUY A NEW CAR!!!... My husband and I just got a new car from Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda.... What a wonderful experience to deal with the people there...We had been shopping arround and doing our research for a couple months getting our prices and information on all the cars we were interested in... So we knew what we basically wanted but had to do some more research.... When we were there we dealt with Bobby Chhabra and he was excellent, he explained the pros and cons of the two models that we were interested in rather than pushing us to the more expensive one...After he took us on a test drive we sat with him to discuss figures, he gave us a deal my husband couldn't pass up ... :) We were extatic... Their attention to every request and detail was like nothing we have ever experienced at any other dealer... Mazda or otherwise... When we finally picked up the car... It was just as we specified...The care that they took with us from Communication about the purchase to the financing was amazing. Special thanks to Bobby and Manpreet... Glad we drove all the way from Cambridge, Ontario to Yorkdale Mazda!!! :)

"The ambiance was fantastic..."

I had been to several dealerships before going to Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda (including another Mazda dealer). Upon entering the dealership, the ambiance was fantastic - a clean, modern show room which instilled immediate confidence that this dealership was well-run (attention to detail). Once I began speaking with the sales associate, Bobby Chhabra, it was once again clear that this man, and the dealership are indeed committed to EXCEEDING their customer's expectations - as they certainly exceeded mine. I presented Bobby with my budget and he was excellent in recommending 2 Mazda 3's which he felt I would be interested in. After choosing the one closest aligned to my budget, Bobby took me on a fantastic test drive, far more comprehensive than I'd experienced at other dealerships. This test drive gave me the confidence that I knew how this car would perform during my day to day driving requirements. Overall I'm very happy with my purchase and extremely impressed with the service I received here. I would definitely recommend this dealership, and Bobby specifically, to anyone looking for one of Mazda's amazing cars! "Was there just to inquire...but left with a GREAT deal!"

I went into the dealership just to inquire and I couldn't resist the awesome deal that I was offered. I ended up walking out with my very own new car!!! The customer service is OUTSTANDING. They are extremely PROFESSIONAL, but at the same time very FRIENDLY. They listen to all your wants and needs to come up with the perfect car just for you. I've been driving my Mazda 2 for about four months now and I am absolutely loving it! I had been to many dealerships before walking through the doors of Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda. But, after test driving my first Mazda, I was hooked!! The way the Mazda handles is superb!!! I'm the type of person that has to explore all the options before making a decision, and my Sales Consultant, Bobby Chhabra, understood and respected that. He suggested that I test drive a few models, explained all the special features of each, and helped me narrow down the choice to a model that would best meet my family's needs. Always the professional, Bobby was terrific! He listened to what I was looking for, answered all my queries, and patiently guided me as I explored what they had to offer. He was courteous and never pushy---and made me feel comfortable about taking the time that I needed to reach a decision. The Business Manager, Mr. Facecchia, was cordial, professional, answered questions to my satisfaction, and always promptly returned my calls. I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience at Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda. It was a pleasure doing business with Mr. Chhabra and Mr. Facecchia; I highly recommend them and their dealership!!

"I recommend YDM WITHOUT reservations!!!"

I rarely put my recommendations for any services, especially for car dealerships, but in case of Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda, I do it without any reservations. Without going into too many details, the service that this organization provides is simply OUTSTANDING. The folks are respectful, competent and professional, and all they are concerned about is that a customer gets what the customer needs and wants. There were no sleazy selling techniques, no lies or exaggerated claims, no pushes or traps ? just the most pleasant and efficient car shopping experience as one can be. Moreover, they will go above and beyond the call of duty in order make it work. I dealt only with two people there and I would like to mention their names. Matt Parweez (Sales Consultant) and Manpreet Moti (Business Manager). If you ever need a new or used car, just go there and ask for these folks. I am sure you will enjoy the experience.

"Highly recommend this dealership..."

This tuesday I picked up my brand new Mazda 3 2011 from Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda. This is my second car I purchased from this dealership. I have to say the people at the dealership are wonderful. I dealt with Bobby who is a sales guy at the dealership. It was really pleasant dealing with him. There was no high pressure sales tactics. He gave straight answers to my questions. The service guys are also awesome. I used to bring my old 2005 gt for service and I can say that will also be brining my new 2011 gt for service here. I highly recommend this dealership.

"Amazing and memorable!"

Hi, I just bought Mazda3 from Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda. The experience was just amazing and memorable. I went to this store after visiting the Toyota dealer, the experience I had at Toyota dealer was not good at all. They thought that being an new immigrant I will not be eligible to buy a new Toyota. On the contrary within first few minutes after talking to Bobby, I realized that its possible to have a brand new car. I can tell you that Bobby -Sales agent made me very comfortable. I am a new immigrant and was very much afraid of taking the risk but for sure the guys made my life easy. They asked for my needs and suggested proper vehicle and also gave me at a decent price. Then the business manager Manpreet also worked to get my financing. I am very much satisfied with the experience and definitely recommend the Yorkdale Dufferin Mazda store to everyone.
